Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using this application (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Service Features)

  • The Service provides a temporary communication function where the room creator posts and viewers view the content.
  • The Service does not save, manage, monitor, or restore post content on the server.
  • Posts automatically disappear within a maximum of 5 minutes. The disappearance timing may vary depending on the number of viewers or the deletion time set by the poster.
  • The Service does not have any mechanism for the operator to view, retain, or confirm post content.

Article 2 (Conditions of Use)

  • Only the person who created the room can post.
  • Post content is created and sent under the poster's own responsibility, and the operator assumes no responsibility.
  • The Service uses encryption and P2P communication, and post content is not sent to the operator's side.

Article 3 (Disappearance of Posts)

Posts are automatically deleted when any of the following conditions are met:

  1. 5 minutes have passed since posting
  2. The number of viewers, including the poster, becomes 1 or less
  3. The "forced deletion time" set by the poster at the time of posting is reached

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

  • Acts violating laws, ordinances, or public order and morals
  • Acts defaming others
  • Posting personal information
  • Posting inappropriate information regarding children
  • Posting suggesting or encouraging criminal acts
  • Acts interfering with the normal operation of the system

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  • Since the Service does not save post content, the operator cannot respond to requests for deletion or log provision.
  • The operator assumes no responsibility for any damages related to post content, viewing, or disappearance timing.
  • Disputes arising from post content shall be resolved between the parties concerned, and the operator shall not be involved.

Article 6 (Change/Suspension of Service)

The operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service without notice.

Article 7 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
